We will not undertake work that lies outwith our skills, competence, and experience. All assessments will be made available for clients to take to other professionals for scrutiny. We will always act in an honest and trustworthy way with clients. We will always disclose any conflicts of interest that may arise before, or during, our work. Confidential information provided during the course of any assignment will be destroyed once completed. External scrutiny is not only permitted but encouraged. Clients are encouraged to seek proof of competence and references will be supplied on request. We seek to work to the highest standards, but if we do make a mistake, will acknowledge and apologise. We seek and encourage criticism and advice.
